THE VISION OF WHOLENESS

Practical and Interactive workshops for individuals and couples.
Conducted by Helene Lewis : Counselling Psychologist.  MSc (Psych) HPCSA

We’ve been given everything we need  to be whole; our task is to assemble and use it in an appropriate way.

Nothing is meaningful as long as we perceive only separate fragments.

To engage in this process towards wholeness … you are invited to join my personal growth groups – conducted on a recurrent weekly basis as from May 2010. I’ve designed these workshops to assist people who have a need for spiritual and psychological growth.

However with the current economical and political stressful times we’re living through – many individuals expressed a need for support groups as well as skills how to cope in these trying times.

How we use our minds are crucial in interpreting our surrounds and determines our reactions: either proactively or reactively.

It’s simultaneously our most powerful and our most destructive weapon – one we live with every moment. Unfortunately few realize the power of their minds and HOW to use it constructively.
